I have been an avid Ken collector since 1998. It started with the “booklet” and was quickly followed up by my first “real” purchase; a blonde molded hair straight leg Ken wearing “Dreamboat”.

2026 – 65 AMAZING YEARS

Kenneth Sean “Ken” Carson Jr. “Ken” (from “fictional” Willows, Wisconsin), premiered at the New York toy show in March of 1961.

He came in a smart illustration covered box, wearing red swim trunks, with a protective cellophane wrap covering his flocked hair and freshly painted face for added protection. he was also wearing his KEN wrist tab. The cello packet with a towel and sandals and the perfect boolklet of all his available fashions was also included.
